Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We operate on a cash-on-delivery basis — payment is collected by the courier upon delivery. Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and include applicable taxes.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery times vary by region, typically 2–5 business days across Morocco. International shipping timelines may vary.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
